He must of forgot that Critical Mass, a Tier 2 deck at the moment, just got an injected with some of the best fat and spells from Dissension. Maybe there is a metagame reason that I can’t understand but ramping out Sky Swallowers while fucking your opponents plans with counterspells sounds like a good time.
